I honestly can't say enough good things About Alex's work. She created this custom heart crystal for me and it came out absolutely incredible. The detail in the engraving is unreal every facial feature is captured so clearly and beautifully. the quality of the crystal and the display base makes it feel so premium and meaningful. This isn't just a gift, it's something I'll keep forever. you can tell she puts real care and precision into what she does, If you're thinking about getting a custom piece made, don't even hesitate. Alexis amazing at what she does.
